I love Pizza Pit. We eat alot of the other pizza spots around here and we stay coming back here and have for years. The food is delivered in a more than reasonable time, order is hot, and the pizza is awesome if you like thinner crust styles (they got others too). Inside they have games and a separate bowling alley.
Please keep an open mind and read me out. So, you waited over an hour a time or 2, or there was an error (wrong topping, etc..) - or X, Y & Z happened? (100% inevitable in any delivery or parcel transference or taxi type of situation). So, you passive-aggressively take a swipe or "get back at them" by posting negative stuff. Why is the impetus to post a review on Google or others, in most of the reviews on such receptacles for such, anyway, mostly negative?? You waited an hour for delivery? Take a look around the world you're living in, and stop your first-world whining. Seemingly, SOME people have "nothing nice to say" - they simply didn't listen to their parents about not saying it. If you're from Madison, you know Pizza Pit has been around forever and had almost a dozen locations in the Madison metro area until things "changed" circa 2000. Fiore and the Cottage Grove Road location have CONSISTENTLY & for a long, long time, provided searing hot, wickedly-spicy (I think the spice, or hot factor, has changed from say, the 90's - in the sauce) pizza to satiate even the most ardent fuss-butt. Pizza Pit was years into delivering their signature 'spiced' - 'Za & in any precarious situation or icy road condition - while Glass Nickel was "still looking at the lingerie section of the Sears catalog." I'm not attempting to take anything away from Glass Nickel, as their spinach cheese bread and many other things are great. But, SO does Pizza Pit, that is, have an invariably extensive menu of delicious products to fill your stomach so your body is nourished properly - saving your ever-loving soul. Epic employees in town, visitors in town for a Badger game or whatever or whomever reads this - I have had pizza all over the world, and Pizza Pit is uniquely delectible & sumptuous. A truly Madison original. I realize opinion is subjective - so, maybe I'm a different breed of cat. -_- P.s. Endeavor to spread the positive, and try to limit the negative...leave it in your inner-space, so we can finally get to outer space.
Great Service. Amazing Pizza. We have switched to Pizza Pit! This pizza is so good. Typically, we use the 10 coupon to buy a ham and pineapple pizza with sausage on half. It always leaves us knowing that we are full, yet wishing we had more simply because it tasted so good. The tasty, zing of the sauce, along with the sweetness of the pineapple and the extremely moist, yet crispy edged ham leaves us wanting more. The value of this pizza exceeds all others in the area. With only a 50 cent delivery charge, it makes it possible to give the drivers a larger tip without completely emptying our pocketbooks. They deserve every penny of that tip. Their motto is "Fresh, Fast, and Hot", and I can testify that their pizza is all of the above. We have switched to pizza pit! Thank you, pizza pit; keep up the good work! P.S. A tip: Make sure you order a side of Nacho Cheese sauce for dipping your crust. You won't be sorry.
I've been a Pizza Pit fan since the 80's. I've been living in Vegas for the last 7years and recently went home for a visit. I can't tell you how freaking excited I was when they were out of their small gluten free crust and informed me that they were giving me the larger one. I don't know if they are in house made or what but when I move home there will be no other pizza love going on here other than pizza pit. I got an extra pepperoni extra cheese and onions. It was the most delicious thing I've had in a while on the pizza tip. They are so friendly helpful and informative on the phone AND the delivery is super speedy even when they are swamped. I yuv dems! Eat here! You won't regret it!
I order at least once a week and this is my favorite pizza place! Great pizza! Fantastic service!!! And fantastic delivery service!! Love you guys, and I will keep ordering on a regular basis. The pizza is always hot and fresh and the staff is so helpful! Thanks for great service!!

Yooo this place tho. They’ve never once messed up my order and I have some pretty mess upable orders because I order all the things. But nah, they come through every time. Wings? Undeniably good. Pizza? Amazing on a BAD night. 5/5. You know the vibe.
